Dropbox has launched a major update to its web interface, featuring Dash, an AI-driven universal search tool that helps users locate files across multiple platforms like Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, and Salesforce. The update also includes AI-powered capabilities such as automatic file summaries and AI Studio, a content creation tool. These new features are designed to enhance productivity by making file organization and retrieval more efficient.

As Design Director, Jon led the visual design of Dropbox’s web interface, guiding a small team of principal product designers and working closely with leadership to build a system that became the foundation for the look and feel of Dropbox’s entire product suite.
